Nonkululeko Ayanda Ngalo, Founder of Dial A Legal Assistant is a young Professional carrying a blended academic record comprising of Bachelor Degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Law. After graduating for her LLB degree at the University of the Witwatersand, the struggle and pursuit of securing a job as a Candidate Attorney inspired her to innovate a solution that will bridge the gap between understaffed Legal Entities and recent Law graduates who are in desperate pursuit of gaining experience and securing jobs in the legal industry.

Dial A Legal Assistant is a company that is passionate about developing Law graduates and creating platforms that widen the prospects of job creation for them.

Our Legal Assistants are recent Law graduates most of who are currently undergoing their Practical Legal Training (PLT) at various institutions, ranging from the Law Society of South Africa to PLT courses offered by some of the leading Law firms in South Africa.
Our Legal Assistants team is also made up of qualified Attorneys.

OUR PROCESS
​Subject to a Service Level Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement . ​
Ad- Hoc Legal Assistant Solutions:
​
Step 1: An Instruction explaining the details of the request is received from you (the Client).
​
Step 2: Our team shortlists and identifies the most fitting Legal Assistant(s) with the right experience and disposition for your request. (All our Legal Assistants have a Law Degree and are screened through academic and criminal background checks and are either undergoing or have completed their Practical Legal Training).
​
Step 3: Depending on the details of your request and whether or not basic training is needed to fulfil your request, our team will undergo a short training program intended to acquaint the whole team with the knowledge of how to practically fulfil your request by learning the necessary skills needed which may include learning the systems of your company. (Online Training through the Zoom App is used for skills that can be learned virtually). We aim to accomplish this within two days or less.

Step 4: Once the required training has been concluded, Our Legal Assistants will commence with fulfilling your request.
​
Step 5: We oversee and manage the partnership between our Legal Assistants and your company. We ensure that our Legal Assistants provide professional and efficient services throughout your request.

Permanent Staffing Solutions:
​
Step 1: An Instruction explaining the details of the vacancy in your company is received from you (the Client).
Step 2: We receive an employee specification indicating the kind of candidate you are looking for to join your team.
Step 3: We receive a short description of your company: Who you are, what you do and the culture of your company.
Step 4: From here on, our team gets right into it! Ensuring that we present to you, the best candidates to join you and your team!
